I had to restore my iPad and lost all of my favorites. If was bad enough that it froze up too much of the time and basically didnt function. I paid for the full service, but there is no customer service to remedy the problem. It doesnt matter how many of their forms you fill out. They dont care.
When I wrote to their "support" the only response I got was "Please contact Apple directly for your iTunes purchase." Wow, what a way to win customer loyalty! Such a crummy app. Gourmet is rolling over in its grave!
