You cannot submit a review without clicking at least one star. The true rating I give is: NO stars at all.
The Gourmet content--features and recipes--are always fabulous, but only IF you can actually access them. It is like having a buried treasure you have to find each time you try to use this app, with an almost always unsuccessful result.
It crashes constantly and has had bugs since the start. Why can t you correct this? I bought the subscription anyway, hoping you would improve things.
Just now, this minute, tried to open the app on my iPad and it crashed so fast, the "send a report to Apple" box disappeared before I could click on it. I have never sent a negative review before. Yet, this app is so out of range in the frustrating and unworkable category, feel it is necessary to do so now.
Maybe it will help change things. A new developer? A new application? A new solution? It seems this is a lemon that cannot be fixed.
I miss Gourmet magazine SO MUCH. Why oh why couldnt the developers create an app worthy of the fabulous content?
