Broken?

Cant get past the "cover". Seems to simply never finish loading. Uninstalled and tried again... I give up. Hope they fix it!

Never hated an app so much!!!!

I had to restore my iPad and lost all of my favorites. If was bad enough that it froze up too much of the time and basically didnt function. I paid for the full service, but there is no customer service to remedy the problem. It doesnt matter how many of their forms you fill out. They dont care. When I wrote to their "support" the only response I got was "Please contact Apple directly for your iTunes purchase." Wow, what a way to win customer loyalty! Such a crummy app. Gourmet is rolling over in its grave!

Underwhelmed

This was cool when it worked. Now it just crashes - didnt really need an app for crashing. Makes me sad because I miss Gourmet.

I have been using this app for quiet sometime now..this new version is good and loads quickly...doesnt seem to hang anymore...

I really like the recipe collections. Its a long time i have been using this app and find it very handy. Previously it used to crash frequently but that is not the case now

App fail

Registered, and purchased ability to "fave" additional content, and then app wont let me sign in. First it says the email address is in use, then when I try to have it reset the pass word, it says the Emil address doesnt exist!

Crashing constantly

It crashes constantly. Why even publish the update? And as a SuperFavorites user, seeing an article wasted each time to promoting SuperFavorites is extremely annoying. Figure out a way to pull something from the archives for SF users - I cant imagine renewing based on current benefits.

Need tech support or money back

It wont accept my e-mail address and login (says that e-mail already exists). I thought I was buying access to all of the .99 apps but cant even get in. Give me a refund.

Still crashes frequently though I read weekly and enjoy the content, Id like to see it in my newsstand.

Cant download the recipes

I just got this app, the new "fixed" version and I cant download the recipes. It says I must pay for the app before I can download the in app purchases (or a message to that effect). Bummer! I love Gourmet and without the magazine anymore this is the closest thing. Please FIX!!

Not very good at all

It crashes, it had phantom push notifications and I dont think I ever got a recipe out of there.

Ive had this for 20 minutes and already is my favorite app. It doesnt "crash" or anything else like that either. If it does crash you must have a phone from 200 years ago.

"Rewards"?

Great photos, but needs some support. I keep getting "Rewards" in my library but they appear to simply be more collections for sale. What is the point? I looked at the FAQ on the web site but it doesnt explain the concept.

You cannot submit a review without clicking at least one star. The true rating I give is: NO stars at all. The Gourmet content--features and recipes--are always fabulous, but only IF you can actually access them. It is like having a buried treasure you have to find each time you try to use this app, with an almost always unsuccessful result. It crashes constantly and has had bugs since the start. Why can t you correct this? I bought the subscription anyway, hoping you would improve things. Just now, this minute, tried to open the app on my iPad and it crashed so fast, the "send a report to Apple" box disappeared before I could click on it. I have never sent a negative review before. Yet, this app is so out of range in the frustrating and unworkable category, feel it is necessary to do so now. Maybe it will help change things. A new developer? A new application? A new solution? It seems this is a lemon that cannot be fixed. I miss Gourmet magazine SO MUCH. Why oh why couldnt the developers create an app worthy of the fabulous content? Always hopeful, Diana Stone
